Waterfront Rush

Think of it as an "amazing race" on foot mixed with apprentice type challenges.... the Waterfront Rush is teambuilding at its best.  team part of waterfront rush flash mob

Requirements: strategy, fitness, sunscreen, and street smarts.

Waterfront Rush is a high-energy event that challenges teams in terms of their ability to strategise, anticipate curve balls, communicate, think on their feet, and be flexible.

This half-day project starts off with a quick event briefing, a certain amount of cash and a “goodies box”. Activity instructions will come to the teams through various forms, including the internet, tweets, sms and visual clues. Teams will have to rely on the collective brainpower and practical skills of the team to decipher the clues, complete the various activities and achieve maximum points for the team.

Points are earned in various ways and include solving brain teasers, tracking down a mystery person (the "fugitive"), taking a boat trip on the brand-new Whisper Ball water taxis, answering local knowledge questions, testing your skills as "street entrepreneurs", organising a flash mob, or getting air time at one of Cape Town's radio stations. (We're forever introducing new challenges so these are just some examples.)

Ground covered includes the area from Mouille Point to the V&A Waterfront and everything in between. However, we're flexible and happy to organise a similar event in Betty's Bay, Franschhoek, Stellenbosch, or the Tygervalley area. Wherever we go, we'll do our homework and ensure that we include a selection of the local hot spots.
