We offer custom-designed training courses, designed to meet a very specific need and/or for a specific target audience or job function within our clients' business.

Courses are designed after an in-depth needs assessment and are customised with the client's logo, corporate colours, and images. The training material includes a full support suite of facilitator notes, PowerPoint slides, participant manuals, and certificates.

We often also design a business game to accompany the material. This enhances the learning experience making it highly interactive, and increases retention of learning.

Delivery models are flexible with us providing training to your staff directly or providing a train-the-trainer course to equip your in-house trainers to deliver the course.
