Most people love road trips … especially if the road trip involves padkos, good music, and great company ... combine those ingredients with the breathtaking scenery of our very own Cape Peninsula and a few great challenges and you've got the making of a fantastic teambuilding adventure: Road Trip.

Road Trip is a Cape Leadership signature event designed for teams who enjoy a challenge and want to test their communication, teamwork, courage and performance under pressure.

Take your team on a road trip and experience Cape Town as an "Amazing Race" participant. Your group will be divided into small teams and will be given a map, clues, and a time schedule. After an initial challenge that determines the starting order, teams will set off on their Road Trip.

Teams travel around the Cape Peninsula along different routes, while deciphering clues and riddles to determine the next location. Various bonus opportunities and detour challenges add to the fun (or "stress" as some might see it...)

At each activity stop, teams compete against each other (and the clock) to earn points while enjoying the thrill of abseiling down the tallest lighthouse in Southern Afria, going on a canoe ride, exploring their creative side, catching the train, hunting for antiques or wine bottles,  or attempting to "spot the penguin".*

The race ends with team presentations and a prize giving while enjoying a boat outing or wine tasting.*
