Video can capture a moment and a message for future reference and entertainment. It can be enhanced with music and animation to inspire and motivate. Video can be recorded in real time, and then played back over and over again.
This high-performance team activity will see your team creating a short, well-planned video that packs a powerful punch.
The Challenge...
Your team will be tasked with planning, shooting, editing, reviewing, and producing a video, from the intial planning stages through to final production.
Each member in the team will take on a role and contribute to the end result as script writers, actors, editors, producers, or videographers. Cameras, software, and an editing tutorial will be provided, but for the rest your team will be on your own producing a short but powerful movie that sends a message to your team, department, organisation ... or even your clients.
Reel Time is an excellent event as part of your journey to develop a high-performance organisation as the movies you produce become guidelines for your team's performance and behaviour(s).
While teams are busy producing their videos, we will shoot a "behind the scenes" video that captures the other side of film making.
