Having worked with the Participlan approach for topics ranging from strategy sessions to team dynamics and resolving group conflict, Participlan is our preferred method when dealing with potentially sensitive or explosive issues and to tap into the creative power of the team.

As trained Participlan facilitators, we work on the principle that idea generation is improved and issues are resolved more quickly if the topic at hand has full attention and involvement of all people in the room, not just the more vocal / senior persons. Using a process of group contribution, both in idea generation and in review and discussion, all meeting attendees work together to group topics and - in the process - build towards an outcome.
