Leap of Faith is a teambuilding activity that takes place at our Outdoor Leadership Course in Tokai.

The Outdoor Leadership Course consists of a series of obstacles specifically built to help teams challenge themselves and work on their team skills. It is set in a beautiful environment which provides the perfect opportunity for a variety of outdoors activities using the adjoining sports field and the surrounding forest.

As part of this team exercise, teams will be able to put their leadership skills and strategic thinking under pressure to the test in a round robin of activities including our Obstacle Course, a tower building exercise, a mini-orienteer in the forest and a series of mental and physical challenges.
   
 Each challenge creates shared experiences and provides opportunities for personal and team victories. Some of the challenges will test the teams physically while the Radio Tower mission, the Human Knot, and the Tyre Station requiring creativity and intellect.
