Are leaders born or made? In our experience: both! The term "natural leadership ability" is ambiguous ... What some consider a natural leadership skill, others call "controlling behaviour". And what some consider a "weak" leadership style, others see as "accommodating and participative".

Covey, Kevin Cashman, Daniel Goleman and John Adair. At the heart of it all is our belief that we all have leadership potential, and - in fact - all have leadership responsibilities; regardless of our job title.
