A one-day course, Leadership & Influence is a practical introduction into the theory and practice of leadership.

Aimed at newly appointed or emerging managers and leaders, the focus of the workshop is to help aspiring leaders make the transition from being good employees and effective managers to inspirational leaders.

Through a combination of theory and discussion, the workshop explores different leadership types, styles and models, and shows participants how to get on the path to great leadership.
