Insights Discovery
Insights Discovery is a powerful tool to help individuals, teams, and leaders better understand themselves and others, leading to higher levels of performance and organisational growth.
Based on the work of Carl Jung, the Insights Discovery model and Discovery personal profiles provide an opportunity to “discover the real you”. The Discovery model translates Jung’s typology into four colour energies – Cool Blue, Earth Green Sunshine Yellow, and Fiery Red – which form the basis for the Insights Discovery Wheel.
The first step of the Discovery system is the completion of an online evaluator which leads to an in-depth personal profile. This Discovery profile promotes self-understanding and helps individuals understand the impact of their personal style on their personal and professional relationships.
