Facilitation: Strategic, Creative, and Value-Adding Sessions

True facilitation is an art, an acquired skill that takes years to master. The role of a facilitator is not to share his or her opinion, or bringing a meeting to a close more quickly by swaying the vote in a certain direction. A good facilitator remains objective at all times while ensuring that all voices are heard, conclusions are reached, and action plans are implemented.

We facilitate sessions on leadership, strategy, values, lateral thinking, time management, and other topics. Our facilitation style is interactive and focused on drawing out the collective ideas, skills, opinions, and intellect in the room; not just the input of those who happen to be most vocal.

Thanks to unique opportunities to develop our skills, with locally and internationally accredited providers, we have a continually expanding  facilitation toolkit including Participlan, Insights Discovery, Six Thinking Hats, Lateral Thinking, Root Cause Analysis, Process Work, and integral coaching theory.

We often deal with potentially divisive and sensitive issues, and know first-hand the value an external facilitator brings simply by being an objective and neutral voice.
